Cannot be applied to previous purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash. Terms of offer are subject to change.
For shipping and postage purposes “Domestic” refers to United Arab Emirates.
Goods are dispatched from Ras Al Khaimah factory by KLUDI RAK's dispatch team. We provide free shipping when the ordered amount exceeds 249 AED or as mentioned in the Announcement Bar (whichever is higher), with all costs displayed during the checkout process along with any applicable local taxes for orders being delivered within UAE. For orders being delivered outside of UAE, taxes, duties and fees may be levied by your local authorities and are entirely the purchaser’s responsibility. At time of dispatch, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email and/or SMS. Our processing and dispatch process starts once your order and payment have been verified. Once the order is accepted and the stock is available, we aim to process and dispatch your order within 3-5 business days, Sunday through Thursday.
Delivery is usually free or included in the purchase price when the ordered amount exceeds 249 AED or as mentioned in the Announcement Bar (whichever is higher). Where delivery may incur an additional charges, the total will be calculated and notified to you at time of purchase. If an order is to be delivered to you at an international address you may need to pay additional customs charges or duties to the relevant authority in addition to the purchase and shipping amounts for your goods to be released to you. Any such charges are your sole responsibility and we encourage you to familiarize yourself with any such customs duties as may apply to your delivery.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
An email and/or SMS confirmation will be sent to you once your order has been processed. On average, orders within UAE are delivered in 3-5 business days. For international orders, we work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of delays through customs, however delivery time varies according to country of destination.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You can return or exchange products in a number of different circumstances. Please see our Website Terms and Conditions or call 800 KLUDI (55834) for further details. If you change your mind about your purchase, we will accept returns and exchanges for unused products that are in re-saleable condition. We will conduct a Quality Check on the returned/exchanged products and upon the positive feedback from the Quality Assurance department, shall we accept your Return/Exchange request. Please email your request at firstname.lastname@example.org or call on the customer service number (800 KLUDI/55834) to return your product and we will arrange for the drop off location - where you will need to drop the product. We must receive returned product(s) within 14 days of your order together with a copy of your sales invoice / order confirmation. KLUDI RAK reserves all rights to deny returns/exchanges at their discretion if the product/s in question are deemed unsuitable for resale. Please note that shipping a return is at your own cost and Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through KLUDI RAK. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Refunds for accepted returns will be processed once the return has been received and processed at the respective warehouse and approved by the QC department. Notifying us of your return prior will ensure we are watching out for your return so it can be processed as efficiently as possible. Refunds are processed back to the method of payment used when placing your original order or in the form of Credit Note. Refunds can take up to 4 weeks from processing depending on your financial institution. Once processed, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Please ensure your order is correct prior to placing as we are limited in our ability to make changes to orders once they have been submitted. Our customer service team will do their best to accommodate any changes however please be aware this is not always possible.
